What is Jnana Yoga? What benefits will this bring? As we have found Yoga is a freeing of the mind, body, and soul. Jnana is a focus on freeing the mind and opening your mind to truth and wisdom. Jnana is known as, "Path of wisdom." It is in these teachings you can learn to obtain the truth.

Jnana teaches that information is power, but not all information is useful. It is learning the difference between truth and fiction. How knowing the truth can free your mind. How freeing your mind will lead your life in positive directions.

Many words both written and spoken can turn positive into hate. One must decipher the truth from fiction and be open to know the power of knowledge. To truly embrace the power of the mind and spirit one must gain knowledge of all things to purify the heart and mind.

The teachings of Jnana show us that in a world where there is an abundance of information we must be able to research and understand the information before just believing it. If history has taught us anything it is that just because someone writes it doesn't make it true.

Slander and false statements are all over. People speak before thinking at times thus making it hard to decipher truth from fiction. So how do we know the truth? The truth is in our own power to research the facts and gather all information. Then and only then can you learn the truth in your heart.

Jnana warns of such slander and misguided writings. It also teaches that to be free in mind and heart you must first gain the knowledge and search for the truth. Once your heart can hear the truth you will know what truth is.

It is often heard to tell the difference, but truly the truth is in your heart. When you can take this information and listen with your heart, mind, and soul then the teachings of Jnana are whole. You will be able to know the truth by what is in your heart and how uplifted you feel when you make the right decisions.

These teachings are not ones of hate. Your mind, body, and spirit can be cleansed when you are able to do the research, gain the knowledge, and find out truth as you know it. When you are surrounded by knowledge and open heart your instincts are heightened and harsh words will mean very little.

If you are looking to free your mind, open your heart, and cleanse your inner spirit then consider the teachings of Jnana Yoga. Learn the power of knowledge, learn the power of your mind, and learn the power that is within your heart.
