Yoga is associated with meditative practice and also traditional physical and mental disciplines of the human mind, but if you are on this page you already know that information and are just wondering where you can go in Atlanta and practice these traditional skills. I personally have no experience with yoga, my main focus in life is set on mental meditation, not movement of the body. In this article I will review and explain three locations in Atlanta where yoga is practiced so if you don't know here is your chance and if you do already practice this form of meditation you may find something interesting to go check out.
First we begin our meditated trip to Yoga Samadhi where they refer to it as the blissful union of body, mind and spirit. It is located in a beautiful and also spacious loft studio in the heart of Atlanta on 27 Waddell Street, Suite A and of course you can reach them by calling (404)584-7616. Here they teach a style of hatha yoga called Vinyasa. It is a dynamic sequence traditional poses linked by your breath. It alerts awareness, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility and of course grace. With classes seven days a week and 1 ½ hour long classes this is worth your time. Prices start at $14.00 a class, but of course you can by a convenient multi-class card for $120.00 and that covers ten full classes. Give this one a try or of course you can check out the next two that I have in mind. For more information go to www.yogasamadhi.com.
